We are experienced property buyers who understand the anxieties you may be facing when you need a swift house sale.

Buying a property can have its challenges and we will inform and work with you every step of the way to overcome any problems that may be encountered and obtain the best possible outcome.

No Fees and No Hidden Charges

There are no upfront fees and no hidden charges.

We will provide you with an experienced property solicitor to act independently and competently on your behalf in the sale of your house and we will cover these costs.

We will also pay for an independent valuation from a qualified RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) surveyor.

There are no estate agent fees to pay (usually 1% to as much as 3% of the sale price, plus VAT).

Convenient and Confidential

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we’ll visit your property when it’s most convenient for you and we won’t turn up in a bright yellow car with “Sell Your House Swiftly” written all over it!

Unlike estate agents, we don’t place For Sale or Sold boards outside your property. We hope that you’ll be so happy with our service that you wouldn’t hesitate to recommend us to your friends, relatives and neighbours (we even pay you £500 if we buy a house from your referral!) but we completely understand that you may wish your house sale to be discreet and confidential.

We take data protection seriously and we can assure you that at no time will any of your details be passed on to a third party without your prior agreement.

Ethical and Honest

At Sell Your House Swiftly we are completely honest about what we will pay for your home. Under certain circumstances we may be able to pay the full value of your property, but the majority of offers we make will be a trade price, typically 15%-25% below market value to reflect the swiftness of the sale. Remember that you will pay no fees and we’ll do all we can to make the process hassle-free for you.

We will not lower the offer we make to you at the last minute. When we meet with you, we ask that you tell us anything that may possibly affect the value of your home.

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances come to light and this needs to be reflected in the sale price, we will work with you ethically and honestly to reach an agreement.
