Yes. The legal formalities need to be completed by a solicitor acting on your behalf and we are happy to arrange a solicitor for you. We pay for your legal fees on the sale of your property.

Absolutely, we know how you feel! You only need to sign an agreement with us and complete the usual legal documents associated with the conveyance (property sale).  We can help you with this and will work with the solicitor and your existing lender to take care of all the formalities on your behalf.
